How to shop at AviatorMart.com
- We hope you enjoy browsing our selections. The easiest and fastest way to shop is right here on the internet via our Shopping Basket. There is no need to "Sign In" (under "Account") unless you plan to be a frequent shopper. (This will save you from having to re-enter your information each time.) Any time that you will be asked for customer information you will be connected to our secure server. Your browser must be configured to "Accept cookies" for on-line shopping to work.

You can try the "Search" button along the top bar if you can't quickly find what you're looking for.

"Buy 1 Now" will put that item in your Shopping Basket and lead you to "Checkout".
"Add 1 To Basket" will put that item in your Shopping Basket (or add 1 to that item's count). Check your "Basket Contents" as often as you like, and change quantity or remove items as desired. The "Basket Contents" button is along the top black bar when "in the store"

- Sales Tax: Texas law requires that we collect 8.25% state and local tax on all merchandise shipped to addresses within the State of Texas. No sales tax is collected on sales to be delivered outside of Texas.
Checkout Steps: When you are finished making your selections, you may go to "Checkout" by selecting it on right side of the top black bar. There are four steps which will be identified near the top of each Checkout page as you proceed. Please read the notes along the top of these checkout steps for important information. You will not be charged or "committed" to anything until you select "Continue" at the lower right of step 4 (explained below):
1 : Order: Customer Log-in
If you have not already signed in, this is page one. Note: You may "Place order without an account". "Accounts" are intended to simplify and quicken shopping for regular customers (which of course, we hope you will soon become !)
2 : Order: Customer Information
Verify the selected items and quantity, and enter your name, address, etc. Only if the "Bill to:" information is different from the "Ship to:" information, will that need to be entered on the right side. Orders of this type may require additional verification prior to shipment.
3 : Order: Select Shipping / Payment
Near the bottom of this page is a "Drop Down" box for the UPS shipping options with the cost of each shown. Select the mode desired. Beneath that is the type of credit card you will be using. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and the Discover / Novus card.
4 : Checkout: Payment
On this last page (4 of 4), you can view your total including the exact amount you will be charged for shipping. In the payment information area you need to enter the name on your credit card, card number and expiration date. When you select "Continue", the credit card will be verified - this may take a minute or two, please wait - and when approved will display a "Thank you for your order" page. We suggest you print this page; however, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in just a few minutes.
Exchanges and Returns
- If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, e-mail Customer Service at custservice@AviatorMart.com requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). We will take back any item in unused, saleable condition and credit you for the item less shipping charges - with the exception software or videos - unless defective, in which case these items will be replaced with an identical item.
